80% of tech support calls are due to incorrect login names and/or passwords. Login names and passwords are case sensitive ("A" is not the same as "a"). All login names are lower case. All passwords contain capital letters AND lower case letters - enter them exactly as they appear in your information packet. If the login and password do not match exactly, your connection will not work.
Always dial into ACCtion before starting your browser, chat program, etc to avoid errors. Switching from one application to another (closing Netscape and opening Eudora) does not require re-dialing.
